Berry Bright Cleaning Services provides residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, interior painting, drywall repair, and related home services in the Richmond, VA metro area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed via email or phone. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing

All cleaning services are billed hourly. Estimates provided through our website are guides only. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Additional time may be added in 1-hour increments based on availability.

4. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. Please secure pets and notify us of any hazards or special requirements in advance.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to delivering quality results. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge.

6. Liability

Berry Bright Cleaning Services is insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed before service.
